Terms of service
The terms that apply when you book a hotel day pass through Hotelday.

By booking a day pass through Hotelday, you’re agreeing to the terms on this page. They’re written in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, email us before you pay.
Hotelday is a marketplace
Hotelday lists day passes to pools, spas, beaches and other facilities at hotels across Greece and Cyprus. The hotel you book provides the facility and looks after you on the day; Hotelday handles the listing, the booking and the payment.
Bookings and payment
The price shown on a pass is the full price, including all fees. You pay online, in full, at the moment you book. Food, drinks and any extras you order on site are charged by the hotel, unless your pass says they’re included.
Checking in
At the hotel, show your booking reference and a photo ID. The hotel will be expecting you.
Cancellations
Every pass shows a cancellation cutoff. Cancel before it and you get a full refund. Once the cutoff has passed, the booking is non-refundable. Cancel from your booking confirmation page, or from /bookings, before the cutoff shown on the pass.
If the hotel can’t host you
If a hotel closes a facility or cancels a pass you’ve already booked, we intend to offer you a new date or a refund. The exact policy for this is still being finalised and will be confirmed before launch.
House rules and age limits
Each hotel sets its own house rules and any age limits for its facilities and passes. These are shown on the pass before you book, and the hotel may ask you to follow them when you arrive.
Gift cards
Gift cards are bought and redeemed as described on our gift cards page. Validity periods and refund terms for gift cards are still being finalised and will be confirmed before launch.
Liability
We work to keep the hotels and passes on Hotelday accurate and to honour every booking you make with us. Hotelday is responsible for your booking and payment; the hotel is responsible for running its own facilities safely on the day. Nothing on this page limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
