- How does my recipient use the gift card?
- You'll get a code worth the amount you choose, to pass on. In this test version no email is sent — the code shown after checkout is the one to share. Using it towards a day pass at checkout is coming in a later phase of Hotelday.
- Does the gift card expire?
- We haven't set a validity period yet. It will be shown clearly on the card and in the email once it's confirmed, before launch.
- Can I get a refund on a gift card?
- Refund terms for gift cards are still being finalised and will be confirmed before launch.
- Something's wrong with my order — who do I contact?
