Questions from hotels
- What does it cost to list our hotel?
- There's no cost to send us your details. Commercial terms, including any commission, are agreed with each hotel when it joins.
- How and when do we get paid?
- Payment terms, including how, when and for which bookings you're paid, are agreed when your hotel joins.
- Do we need to change how guests check in?
- No. Guests arrive with a booking reference and a photo ID and check in at your usual front desk.
- Can we choose which facilities to sell and set our own prices?
- You decide the price, daily capacity, facilities, time window and any blackout dates for each pass, and we set it up with you. Cancellation terms are shown on each pass.
- What if we're fully booked, or want to close for a day?
- You decide when you're full or want to close a date, and we set it up with you.
- Our hotel already has a page on Hotelday — how do we take it over?
- Use the claim link on your hotel's page, or email info@hotelday.co with your hotel's name.
