- What is a hotel day pass?
- Daytime access to a hotel's pool, spa, beach or lounge without staying overnight. You book a pass for a date, pay online, and check in at the front desk.
- Do I need an account to book?
- No. You check out as a guest and get your booking reference as soon as you pay. Use it with your email address to find and manage the booking later.
- What do I need at check-in?
- Your booking reference (digital is fine) and a photo ID. The hotel knows you're coming.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Most passes are free to cancel until 20:00 the day before; the exact window is shown on each pass before you pay. After the window, bookings are non-refundable.
- Are prices all-inclusive?
- The price you see is the price you pay. Food, drinks and extras on site are charged by the hotel unless the pass includes a credit.
